Founded in 1932 by the Italian Rossi family, who immigrated to the UK, the company has recently undergone a change of ownership, now led by entrepreneur James Sinclair.
In an effort to renovate the manufacturing facility, Sinclair turned to Matrix to modernize it with state-of-the-art machinery.
With the support of Siemens, who believed in and financed the new vision, Rossi Ice Cream has created one of the most modern gourmet ice cream production plants in the United Kingdom.
