Description and features:
The machine is equipped with two biscuit dispensers (upper and lower), a cutting station where there is an extruder of different shape positioned depending on the size of the biscuit, a chain that guides the sandwich to the casing integrated into the machine.
The sequence of work phases is initially the positioning of the lower biscuit, which is placed under the extruder, which then receives the cut portion of ice cream in the cutting station. The chain guides the product under the second biscuit dispenser and the upper biscuit is positioned and then transferred to the packaging machine for packaging.
The structure of the machine is in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Under the frame there are adjustable metal feet which can be locked and which allow the machine to move levelly on sloping surfaces.
The operation of the machine can be manual, step by step or automatic and therefore continuous.
Products and dosing capacity:
Round, square or rectangular sandwiches with external measurements up to 60 mm and length up to 150 mm.
Maximum production: 6000 pcs./h
