Description and features:
The SXs are two models of machines designed for sandwich ice cream production, equipped with two cookie dispensers (top and bottom), a cutting station where there is an extruder of different shape positioned according to the size of the cookie, a chain that guides the sandwich to the casing integrated into the wrapping machine.
The sequence of work phases is initially the positioning of the lower biscuit, which is placed under the extruder, which then receives the cut portion of ice cream in the cutting station. The chain guides the product under the second biscuit dispenser and the upper biscuit is positioned and then transferred to the packaging machine for packaging.
The frame of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Under the frame are adjustable metal feet that can be locked and allow the machine to move level on sloping surfaces.
The operation of the machine can be manual, step by step or automatic and therefore continuous.
Products and dosing capacity:
Round, square or rectangular sandwiches with external measurements up to 60 mm and lengths up to 150 mm.
