CTS Ice Cream Extrusion System

Device to extrude, cut and deposit the products on trays in pre-set number and position
  • vertical extrusion system pneumatically driven and working in synchronisation with cutting unit and tray chain
  • horizontal cutting system with heated wire, adjustable wire temperature.
  • one set of 50 stainless steel trays mm 250 x 300
  • single stick inserter, pneumatically operated, with magazine, to introduce the wooden stick, one by one, into the ice cream slice while being extruded.
  • Stick magazines interchangeable, for custom stick dimensions
  • n. 1 extrusion nozzle at customer design

  • Belt conveyor syncronized with CTS1 extruder to carry on trays
