  • vertical extrusion system pneumatically driven and working in synchronisation with cutting unit
    and tray chain
  • horizontal cutting system with double heated wire pneu operated, adjustable wire
    temperature.
  • One set of 100 stainless steel trays mm 200 x 300.
  • single stick inserter, pneumatically operated, with magazine, to introduce the wooden stick,
    one by one, into the ice cream slice while being extruded.
  • Stick magazines interchangeable, for stick dimensions:
  • BONE STICK 93 x 16 x 2mm
  • n. 1 extrusion nozzle
