Thanks to the “R” series domestic cold water producers, it is possible to avoid the use of antifreezes such as glycol, completely excluding any contamination of the treated products. The stainless steel construction gives the certainty that the chilled water is always in contact with AISI 304 stainless steel parts so it can be used directly for use.
The accurate execution, combined with the robust construction and the use of the best
components and materials make R chillers very reliable and safe as is required in the construction of industrial ice cream systems, in which cold represents an important phase of the production process.
Each machine is equipped with a large tank that contains the chilled water, allowing excellent heat accumulation.
The execution is compact and includes motor-condensing units with industrial-type semi-hermetic compressors which can be water-cooled (RH models) or air-cooled with split condenser (RA models).
All models are complete with stainless steel pump to supply the utilities.
