PSC pasteurizers

Automatic mixer and pasteurizer for the processing of ice cream mixes, sauces, toppings and fruit compositions.

Machine functions:

Pasteurization at an adjustable temperature between +65 and +85°C

Specifications:

  • Pasteurization tank capacity completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel
  • High efficiency and high speed lidless blender
  • Blender speed adjustable via inverter
  • bain-marie heating system designed to be connected to a boiler
  • easy cleaning procedure with CIP spray ball
  • 1-way product outlet valve made of stainless steel
  • duration of the work cycle 18>85°C: 60-75 minutes with 20 cps mixture

Optional

  • Sanitary pump, adjustable power with frequency converter
  • PHE1 – 1-stage plate heat exchanger for rapid cooling of the mixture to 30°C
  • PHE2 – 2-stage plate heat exchanger for rapid cooling of the mixture to 4°C
  • PHE3 – 3-stage plate heat exchanger for rapid mixture cooling to 4°C with heat recovery
